These terms govern your use of the Nexalix Labs marketing website at nexalix.io. Each Nexalix product (e.g. Nexalix Guard) ships under its own product agreement — these site terms do not grant any product license.
1. Scope
“Site” refers to nexalix.io and any subdomain that primarily serves marketing or documentation content. “We”, “us”, “our” refer to Nexalix Labs. “You” means anyone who accesses the Site.
2. Use of the site
- The Site is provided as-is for informational purposes.
- You may read, link, share, and reference our content freely under standard fair use.
- You may not scrape the Site to train commercial AI models without prior written consent.
- You may not redistribute the entire Site or substantial portions verbatim under your own brand.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without an explicit invitation. Coordinated security disclosure: security@nexalix.io.
- Send automated traffic that materially affects availability for other users.
- Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, infringing, or sent to deceive (forged sender, false claims, etc.).
- Use our forms or contact addresses for unsolicited bulk outreach.
4. Submissions
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or pilot interest forms, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve our products. We will not publish identifying details without your consent. You retain ownership of anything you send.
5. Intellectual property
Site copy, code, brand marks, and the Nexalix wordmark/logo are © Nexalix Labs unless otherwise noted. Open-source components included on the Site retain their original licenses. Our brand assets pack (logos, colors) is documented internally — third-party use of our marks requires written permission, except for fair editorial reference.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to external resources (GitHub, Telegram, Twitter, partner sites). We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for their content or terms. Use them at your own risk.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexalix Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed €100, or the equivalent in your local currency.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as we add products or change vendors. Material changes are timestamped above and announced on the blog. Continued use of the Site after changes go live constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union (Estonia, where we plan to register the entity). Disputes will first attempt informal resolution by email; only after good-faith effort will either party proceed to formal venue.
